Domestic Shipping Policy Singapore
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We currently use Singapore Post's SmartPac service for all deliveries within Singapore. For the first item purchased, it will be a flat rate of $7. There is an additional $1.00 for every subsequent item added to your purchase.
SingPost SmartPac service provides door-step delivery. The postman delivers SmartPac to the recipient’s doorstep. If unsuccessful, the postman will deliver to the letterbox instead. Note that redelivery service is not available for Smartpac. Once we send out the parcel, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for you to check the status of delivery onwww.singpost.com.
International Shipping Policy
All freight shipment charges for overseas shipping to be borne by the buyer.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
morettinocafe.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
morettinocafe.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
